We’re partnering with an exciting new local business, Pilates Addiction – opening elevated Pilates studios in Cary, Durham and Raleigh this summer – to bring a fresh, feel-good fitness experience to the rooftop.

This guided mat class is designed for all levels. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or just looking to try something new, you’ll move through a series of low-impact, high-energy exercises focused on strength, flexibility, and core stability.
